The Metal Fabricating & Aluminium industries are charaterized by normal and high operating temperatures along with a large amount of smaller dust particles. These conditions require optimal dust filtration efficiency, optimal air flow and a high dust loading capacity.

TDC Filter provides air filtration solutions specifically for these conditions and we specialize in air filtration of dust from grinding, flame spray, foundry, zinc and other metals as well as applications that may have oil spray.  We provide cartridge filters, flat cell panel filters, and Pleat Plus® Pleated Bags for virtually every dust type, including applications that have explosive dust, sticky dust, sparks, or oil mist. 

TDC offers PreKote® factory applied pre-treatment, which greatly increases your filter's efficiency upon start up.  PreKote® also has hydrophobic and oleophobic properties and will enhance the flame retartdant properties of a flame retardant media, giving you added protection against sparks. 

If you are currently using conventional bag filters, TDC Filter can provide increased filtration capacity for your existing dust collector. By installing our pleated bag filter cartridges with increased filter area, you will gain higher filtration efficiency. The exact same hole plate used for installing bag filters can be used when mounting pleated bag filter cartridges.
