The plasma & laser cutting industry contains enormous amounts of tiny dust particles. Therefore, this type of operation requires an air filtration solution that ensures stable differential pressure and high efficiency.

TDC Filter provides filter cartridges and flat cell panel filters specifically for plasma tables and laser tables. Also, if the operation contains sparks, TDC Filter supplies filter cartridges with flame retardant filter media.  We can also provide your filter cartridges with PreKote^® factory applied pretreatment, which not only increases the initial efficiency upon startup, but will enhance the flame retardant media's properties as well.

We have many years of experience with this type of dust and we manufacture plasma cutting filter cartridges for several large OEM customers as well as provide aftermarket and replacement filters.
