DSS Top-Load Removal Pleated Bags Design
Metal top construction and Dual Seamless Seal (DSS) design allows for a superior fit and dust-tight seal to prohibit tube sheet leaks.  Metal top can also withstand higher operating temperatures versus urethane tops, that can rot and split. 
Wide and shallow pleat design that is customized for your specific application and to improve dust cake release.  Pleat anchored band with riveted overlap reduce failures in heavy industrial applications (designs operating at 275oF /135oC +). Our positive sonic welded seaming provides a permanent seam that will not fail due to heat, moisture, or chemical conditions.  Our new integrated molded bottom (IMB) integrates a universal pleat spacing and inner core rest-up, providing a stronger more complete inter-locking adhesive seal
Seal-Rite Top Load Pleated Bag Design
TDC Brand Seal Rite II offers a double-bonded heavy-duty flexible urethane construction and patented sealing collar  for an airtight seal and simple installation.  The integrated internal pleat retainers allow for consistent airflow for optimized CFM throughput.   The wide and shallow pleat design provide higher baghouse operating efficiencies and longer bag life.  Seal Rite II is available in a non-woven spun bond media with varying finishes to meet your particular application
Universal Boot Bottom-Load Pleated Bags Design
Bottom-load removal Universal Boot pleated bags for baghouses reduce labor costs by eliminating downtime and maintenance costs of filter bags for bottom removal baghouse systems. Universal boot design eliminates assembly of multiple components and inlet abrasion experienced with filter bags. Pleated high-efficiency medias expands collection surface and reduces operating pressure drop while operating at higher operating efficiencies 99.9996%.

Seal-Tite II Bottom Load Pleated Bag for Baghouses
TDC Brand Seal-Tite II™ pleated bag features a proprietary installation and sealing design, which provides significant labor cost savings. The new pre-installed mounting clamp, combined with the Super-Bead™ sealing design makes it practically impossible to incorrectly install the element. The Super-Bead™ design (patent pending) includes a 200mm beaded end cap with potted cuffs, virtually eliminating any leak paths.  Seal-Tite II can be customized with differing medias and high temperature fabrics up to 425oF (218oC).
