TDC STANDARD WARRANTY

Warranty

Except as expressly set forth herein, IT IS EXPRESSLY AGREED THAT NO WARRANTY OF MERHCANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE FOR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATING TO GOODS SOLD PURSUANT HERETO IS MADE BY SELLER HEREUNDER. Seller hereby Warrants that the goods sold pursuant hereto shall be free from defects in manufacturing, Processing, seller provided design, assembly and workmanship, for a period of one (1) year from date of shipment, (b) shall conform to the specification, if any, set forth, and are free of liens, security interests and other encumbrance existing in favor of others and created by seller.
 

Seller shall repair or replace and defective materials or workmanship which may develop During said one (1) year period. This agreement of Seller to repair or replace defective Goods shall constitute the sole remedy of buyer, and the sole limit of liability of seller, for the failure of the goods to satisfy such contractual requirements. In no event shall Seller be liable for incidental, indirect or consequential damages.
 

Indemnification

TDC’s liability shall only extend to the risks against which TDC is insured and only to the limits of that insurance, currently, $20,000,000. (Copies of TDC insurance coverage will be submitted, if requested.) 

TDCFilter.com purchases

If purchased via the tdcfilter.com website, buyer assumes responsibility for purchasing the correct filter for the application. TDC Filter makes every effort to ensure validity of specifications and education materials. Filters purchased via the website are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
